Systems clarity starts at $125 NZD/hour, or we can scope as a full project.
Most projects fall in the $1,000–2,000 NZD range, and typically include:

Light training or documentation so the system sticks

90-Minute Session – $300 NZD
Perfect for sorting through one big tangle. We map it, talk it out, and shape the next steps, whether that’s a presentation, a process, or just what to do next.
Half-Day Intensive – $750 NZD
Great if you’re wrangling something complex. We take the time to fully unpack what’s stuck and work together to shape what’s emerging. Can include prep material or light follow-up if needed.
